Taylor wanted to be a pokemon this year.  Specifically, a lucario, whatever that is.  I found a photo on the web but couldn't for the life of me find a costume anywhere.  So, I stupidly agreed to make her one.  First off, I don't have a sewing machine.  Second, I, of course, waited until the last possible moment to start on it.  Consequently, I was up until 6am Halloween morning trying to finish it.  Anyway, she was happy with it, and I guess that's all that matters.

I had fun doing this one.  It's been a while since I did a portrait, so I felt a little rusty.  I think it turned out okay.  It's Taylor.  It's the cover of our Christmas card this year.   

I made her a carrot too but that didn't make it into the photo.  It had fang marks in it and orange carrot juice oozing out (hardened gel painted orange.)
